Broker for Potomac Housing Realtors since 2020, Carol has been licensed in West Virginia for 30+ years. She is a real estate instructor for Blue Ridge CTC, the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, Inc., Pre Licensing, Broker Pre Licensing, and approved through the WV Real Estate Commission to teach Continuing Education classes. Carol is committed to providing the professional brokerage advice and guidance needed for Potomac Housing Realtors to be successful in serving its clients.

Lois Blake Burdette
Lois and her late husband F. Page Burdette founded Potomac Housing Developers, Inc. in 1992 to develop a subdivision providing entry-level housing.
This business partnership expanded to include forming Potomac Housing Realtors LLC in 2004 to operate as a property management company.
Lois is a licensed salesperson and member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, Inc. She is also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association, the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and First Baptist Church, Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Suzanne Taylor
Suzanne Taylor became a part of the team at Potomac Housing Realtors in 2012. She had moved to Berkeley County in 1998 with her husband and 4 children. A graduate of Davis & Elkins College, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration.
Suzanne first served as Assistant Property Manager before being promoted to Property Manager. She is a West Virginia licensed salesperson, a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors®, Inc., and a member of BRIGHT MLS.

Tracy Franklin-Loudan
Tracy, an essential member of the Potomac Housing Realtors team, joined the Accounting Department in 2012. After a brief time, she was named the Accounting Manager.
Tracy is also the Operations Manager working diligently to meet maintenance needs on behalf of our clients and their tenants.

Anthony Colon
Anthony joined Potomac Housing Realtors in 2020 as a member of the maintenance team. He leads the Maintenance Department alongside three part-time members. Anthony is dedicated and known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
